Common Questions
Do you sell brand new units?
No. We specialize exclusively in 100% Japan-Imported pre-owned pianos. Each unit is locally restored, regulated, and polished to perform like new at a fraction of the cost.
We do not sell brand new units or digital pianos. If you are looking for a brand new unit, we are happy to recommend trusted suppliers.
Does the piano come with a warranty?
Yes! All our pianos (upright and grand) come with a 5-Year Warranty. This covers free labor, replacement or repair of interior parts, and technical issues (e.g., sticky keys, pedal noises).
Note: Warranty does not cover damage from pests (termites/bugs), floods/water, exterior cosmetic damage, or routine maintenance like piano tuning.
What payment options are available? Do you have installment plans?
We accept Cash, Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers. We also offer 6 to 12-month installment plans with 11 major participating banks.
My piano is safely delivered. What's next?
Once delivered, please turn on the piano heater. Our appointed tuner will contact you within 1-2 weeks to schedule your complimentary first tuning. If you are away or haven't been contacted, please call us to reschedule.
What if my child stops playing halfway?
This is a common concern. However, high-quality Japanese pianos (Yamaha/Kawai) have excellent resale value. Even if sold after 5 years, depreciation is often only around 50-60%.
If you buy a unit for RM8,000 and resell it later, the effective cost is roughly RM66/month over 5 years—significantly cheaper than renting!
I want to sell my existing piano. Do you offer "Buy Back"?
We primarily accept trade-ins when you purchase a piano from us. We do not offer a standalone "Buy-Back" service for non-customers; we suggest using marketplaces like Mudah or Lowyat.
For our existing customers, buy-backs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis subject to management approval.
